Miranda's outfit on the bridge when she went to meet Steve featured a Cowl neck Tunic top, called the Mood tunic from designer Natalie Eshkenasy which you see peaking from below the below the belted jacket. A loyal reader asked about the outfit Carrie wore when she went to Vogue. That jacket was credited as a jacket from L'Wren Scott, an American fashion stylist, costume designer and former model who is a frequent companion of Sir Mick Jagger and is described by him as his "main person of interest". The dress/skirt was one of the dresses from John Galliano. Here are some current styling from the designers you saw in the movie.

The red dress Charlotte wore when the wedding announcement is from the design house of Issa and called "The Lucky Dress". Issa was founded by a Brazilian born designer Daniella Helayel who feels that a Issa dress is something that can be worn from the beach to the office and then onto the red carpet. The label was founded in London in 2001. For awhile back in 2008 you could find the "lucky dress" it at Harrod's in London. But from what we have been told it is no longer available. Here's the latest from the design house you saw in the movie and if it's red dresses you covet you can view some of the latest style here.

Carrie's Blue Dress is vintage from a designer named Emma Domb who from what we can find produced her designs from the 1940's to the 1960's. You can get an inspired design at Patricia Field's boutique Thank you Patricia Field from all the ladies dying for that blue sheath dress with the flowing kimono sleeves Carrie wore to Charlotte's shower. Carrie's jeans in the scene in the Sex and the City movie where she is cleaning the closet are from Jose Castro, a designer from Spain, who is part of a group called Totem Fashion.
