Hilary Swank's outfit she wore when she meets Gerry included a blue denim button up jacket which you can see under the leather coat in this pic from the movie. The jacket Hilary Swank wore was from Lucky Brand. We found it online but it in our opinion it is slightly different than what we saw in the movie. So we also offer these inspired styles for your consideration.
When Hillary met Gerry. When Hilary Swank, as Holly first meets Gerard Butler's character Gerry she is wearing a white skirt with a brightly colored Spanish themed village scene on it. The skirt is from Custo Barcelona. We have yet to find the exact skirt but we did find one from Custo which is very close to the skirt Hilary Swank wore in PS I Love You when she meets Gerry.
Hilary Swank wore quite a few nice hats in the movie. We have not yet identified the designer of the purple cap she wore in the movie, but we do offer you these inspired styles.
Gerry's leather jacket in PS I Love You. You saw it a few times. The leather jacket worn by Gerard Butler and Hilary Swank in PS I Love You was identified as a Miu Miu. (You can check ebay as the owner of the actual jacket worn by Gerard Butler in PS I Love You frequently runs an auction for it). We have contacted Prada (Miu Miu clothing line is part of Prada) to see if we can obtain style number and availability info and have also found these other designer leather jackets that may be of interest to you.
Watching your friend just tear it up singing Karaoke? Dress to impress! Lisa Kudrow's outfit at Karaoke included a Calvin Klein black sheer button up blouse with a tab collar. Check out these inspired styles.
Lisa Kudrow's Jeans while watching Karaoke were a pair of dark blue denim low waist boot cut jeans from Citizens of Humanity while here shoes she wore in these scenes from P.S. I Love You were a pair of black, pointed toe 4 inch heels from Studio 9 from Nine West.
Another piece of movie jewelry you must have admired may have included at least one of Gerard Butler's Jewelry pieces in P.S. I Love You. We did and one that really stood out was the heavy link silver bracelet Gerard Butler wore when he and Hilary Swank first met. The bracelet is from designer D.Joseph Bortoli. We are working to get the bracelet's name and model information, but it is similar to one in the Joseph Bortoli "Nagual Bracelet" Collection #LBS-2.
Hilary Swank wore a great blue top with 3 buttons at the top and two ties at the neckline which completed the look she was going for. The top is part of the See by Chloe line

In the scenes at the travel agency Hilary Swank wore a green dress with loop trim. Hilary Swank's Green dress with loop trim was from Zac Posen. Kathy Bate's wardrobe in this scene from PS I Love You included a black skirt and embroidered black jacket both from Ellen Tracy worn with a cashmere short sleeve shirt from Lafayette 148. Her shoes in this movie scene were a pair of black suede tasseled loafers from Stuart Weitzman.
In PS I Love You Hilary Swank's Red Pillows which you can see here in this picture from the movie are from Working Class Studio. The red pillows with the bird on them are available in limited supply so hurry on over and get yours.

Hilary Swank's Red Plaid Dress was from Diane von Furstenberg. The dress is a wrap dress in black and red silk taffeta it came out July 2006 as part of the DVF Fall 2006 Collection. Incredibly hard to find now...but we now know the designer so that is a start and we contacted DVF and they provided us this info. The dress is called Lumberjack Jill Dress and its style number is D5607279L6. So this is more than we had awhile ago..if you find it...let people know and if we find it...we will post it here
The shoes Holly wore with the red plaid dress in PS I Love You were a pair from Marc Jacobs, their style 664962 in red patent leather.
The purse Hilary Swank wore in this scene was a vintage purse, designer unknown, chosen by Cindy Evans the costume designer for the movie. We have however identified a number of great looking similar styles which will someday be vintage and just as good looking.
In P.S. I Love You Hilary Swank's White Trench Coat that she wore at the Irish cottage was from H&M Divided. H&M Divided is young women's line for the H & M HENNES & MAURITZ department stores. Hilary Swank wore a black turtleneck from The Gap as part of her wardrobe along with a pair of dark blue ankle pants from Citizens of Humanity.
Underneath it she wore a black camisole top Only Hearts a favorite of celebrities and stylists.
Hilary Swank's Red Boots now these were stylish, no really...they have shown up in other movies, are practical and have a timeless design and also come in fun colors like the red boots Hilary Swank wore and the yellow boots Lisa Kudrow wore. These waterproof boots are from Hunter Wellington Boots and they go by the great name of Wellies.
Hilary Swank's costume in this scene from P.S I Love You also included an oatmeal-white and navy blue patterned knit hoodie with zipper closure from Zara that she wore under the windbreaker and a pair of dark-blue denim 5-pocket jeans from TRF which is a division of Zara Clothing in Spain.
Now Hilary Swank's White Hat during the boat scenes in P.S. I Love You was from Mexx. Mexx is an international store with a location in New York on 5th.
