Well the bridesmaid dresses in Made of Honor are from a designer named Sae Young Vu Couture (SVC for short). The silk off the shoulder bridesmaid dress looked great especially as worn by Busy Phillips in the movie Made of Honor.
In the last scene in the movie Made of Honor, Michelle Monaghan is wearing a wedding dress by New York designer, Selia Yang. Costume designer, Penny Rose discovered Selia Yang's shop on her way to the airport. She stopped the car and took one look at the gown in the window and decided that would be the last shot in the movie. That dress is called Serena and it is made in double-face silk charmeuse with silk satin crepe bodice.

In Made of Honor Hannah's Wedding Dress in Scotland was first discovered by the costume designer, Penny Rose, in a magazine called Vogue Sposa. Penny Rose contacted the company in Italy, who put her in touch with the American design shop resulting in Hannah's glamorous silk, taffeta, and organza gown. The wedding dress worn by Michelle Monaghan in the Scottish wedding scenes is from Atelier Aimee (Eme Di Aimee)
