I don't know who the designer is for this beautiful coat but the cream color with printed feathers does look very similar to the On-A-Wing Blouse by Bryon Lars Beauty Mark...it was found in Anthropologie stores (anthropologie.com). Unfortunately this specific blouse is no longer available via Anthropologie but I have seen it around on ebay.com, i'm sure you will be able to find it there.

This coat is so beautiful...hopefully we'll find out where to get it soon!

Found the exact coat!!

it was in stock during winter 2008 I think but unfortunately is no longer available via their website.

Maybe if people email Anthropologie about it, they might put it back in stock?
